Bethan first qualified in shiatsu massage with the European Shiatsu School in Marlbrough in 2007. She went on to study Buddhist philosophy and meditation in India.
Her interest in acupuncture points and system of Chinese medicine inspired her to complete a BSc Honours degree in acupuncture at the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine in Reading, qualifying in 2011.
In 2013 the Narberth Natural Health Centre was opened.
She is deeply inspired by the practice of Qi Gung and enjoys sharing Qi exercises where it is appropriate. Chinese medicine and nutrition is so supportive to her own life that it also forms a part of her work.
In Bethan’s free time she can often be found at the potter’s wheel or having a firing late into the night! Bethan helps to co-organise on going shiatsu workshops in Wales.
The creative arts and medicine arts are at the centre of Bethan’s fire. She is very passionate about Wales where she was born and grew up, and feels a deep connection and love for the people, nature and the landscape.
Bethan is happy to talk to you about any aspect of acupuncture.
