If you need tools to better manage your anxiety this is the group for you.

Four Sundays in May & June :  1pm – 3pm 

Feel supported as you try out new strategies to de-escalate and regulate your nervous system, while gaining a better understanding of the physiology of anxiety attacks. This friendly and informal group will support you as you explore your our own relationship to anxiety and practice mindfulness to help reduce your symptoms and create more ease in your life.

The group is led by a trained counsellor who is experienced in working with anxiety, both personally and professionally.

What you can expect from the group:

  • Friendly support from others who understand what you’re going through
  • Mindfulness, deep relaxation and guided imagery every session
  • Strategies to de-escalate and calm your nervous system quickly
  • A greater understanding of the spectrum of anxiety experiences and different models for understanding it. 


Cost: £60 (deposit of £20 to hold your place). Limited to 8 participants.
