 A workshop to ease the body and calm the mind

Would you like to learn how to build some relaxation into your life? This workshop is for you if you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, finding it hard to sleep, or if you’d just like to learn some great ways to switch off and unwind.

During this hour of peace and calm, you’ll practice techniques to help you cope with anxious moments as well as ways to physically and mentally relax and let go of your cares. A bit of bliss for the body and the mind.

The workshop includes a soothing recording to take away as well as information on the relaxation techniques used so that you can continue to feel calm at home. You’ll also receive a voucher for a free initial consultation if you decide to book an individual session.

Cost: £10 to include handouts explaining the relaxation techniques, a relaxation recording to take away, and discount voucher for individual sessions

Booking: Numbers will be limited so booking is essential. Please contact Elaine or the centre to reserve your space. Elaine also offers Gift vouchers if you would like to treat someone else.

Other info: Wear comfy clothes, bring a cushion if you’d like to – though not essential, and there will be several available.
